Flexible isolation materials

ISO-Flex materials ar made for metalworking, metal melting fields to seperate induction furnace coils/heating elements with thermal and refractory lining. The protective barrier formed by ISO-Flex products provide protection from carbon dioxide and protect the inductions ciols/heating elements from expanding and other thermal effects.

ISO-Flex products also provide electric isolation between heating elements and metled material, optimizind the heat flow and delaying leakages and expensive heating element damage.
Seperate technical propertie class flexible ISO-Flex products are available. Each of which posses its own characteristics which differ depending on the composition. 


ISO-Foil 'R'

Available in 25 or 50 meter rolls with thickness from 0,20 to 0,50 mm. This product is made from saturated phlogopite KMg3(AlSi3O10)(F,OH)2 mica paper attaching it to glass fabric inside.

This allows great heat reflection/transfer and perfectly replaces usually used materials in metal melting processes.

ISO-Foil 'S'

Available in sheets with maximum lengths 2400mm, width 1000mm and thickness from 0.50 to 5mm (or more if needed). This product is made from saturated phlogopite mica paper and its great flexibility allows easy folding and usage.

ISO-Combi material is a AES fiber laminated paper. This provides low thermal conductivity. AES fiber laminated paper is 100% toxic free and there is no necessity to use protective gear using/processing it. Storing AES fiber laminated paper on a roll is to be wrapped with a mica upwards/ Mica is enforced with glass fiber for better durability during transportation and processing it.

    • Silicone binder content: 30 g/m²
    • AES glass fiber paper content: 450 g/m²
    • Dielectric strength (23°C): > 6 kV
    • Total thickness: 2,5 mm  



Non-woven bio soluble fiber paper - great isolation capability and flexibility.
Used in induction furnace isolation, autocar heat shield and silencer isolation. ISE-Ceram is available in various thicknesses from 1,00 to 8,00 mm. Standart size is 30 and 60m length and 1m width. Other sizes are available on request.
